Celebrating 20 years of Lancashire in style.

After years of creating unforgettable events with The Lancashire Group, we were thrilled to be asked to make their 20th Anniversary the biggest and best yet. This milestone called for something truly special, and with a deep understanding of their style and vision, we designed a three-day experience that brought together guests from Australia, America, and Europe in celebration.

 

Hosted at the versatile De Vere Wokefield Estate, we brought together 400 staff members for a milestone celebration filled with creativity, connection, and just the right amount of chaos (the fun kind!). We managed the full end-to-end delivery: venue sourcing, AV, entertainment, décor, guest transport, accommodation, dining, and all of the small details that make an event feel seamless. It was all about high-level coordination and making sure every guest felt like a VIP from the moment they arrived to the moment they left.

Event Highlights

Day 1: Guests were welcomed with coffee and a fresh grab and go breakfast before diving into a brand-focused conference reflecting on two decades of success. The evening kicked off with cocktails on the lawns, followed by a black-tie dinner complete with magicians, jugglers, and the surprise stars of the night… singing waiters! The party rolled on with a DJ, casino tables, photo opportunities and a fully stocked bar!

Day 2: Sir Clive Woodward inspired the crowd, before guests unleashed their competitive sides in a large-scale outdoor challenge – GPS scavenger hunts, archery, graffiti walls, ropes courses, and laser combat. By night, we had completely transformed the main Avenue into a neon rave paradise, glowing from every corner, with live performers, UV face paint, and tunes that carried on into the early hours.

 

Day 3: After two big nights, guests enjoyed a relaxed breakfast and smooth departures, with coaches running like clockwork back to stations and airports.
