KIN London are a bespoke event management agency. We base everything we do around the incredible power of great relationships.

We take the time to get to know our clients and suppliers, working together in partnership to create outstanding experiences.

Our creative event management team produce spectacular events from a corporate summer festival for 800, to a bespoke dinner for 12 in a private residence.

From product launches and seminars to corporate retreats and private parties, we love working with our clients to turn their visions into reality.

Our Process

Meet & great

We want to understand what the goal of your event is and how we can make your event special.

We pride ourselves on tailoring our approach by asking all of the right questions and getting to know our client’s preferences as if they’re our own.

Bespoke & Personal

We’ll create a bespoke proposal, personal to you and your event.

Your proposal will have a curated
selection of venue and package options that we think would be perfect for your requirements.

We will talk you through the options and create a shortlist of favourites to arrange site visits for.

Confirming your event

One of the most important steps in event planning is signing the contracts and confirming your
event date.

It’s important to us that we’re keeping you in the loop and you’re happy with every single detail you’re signing off on.

Final details & tasting

Prior to your event, we’ll have plenty of catch-ups to discuss
your event in detail (we’re happy to do that over a glass of wine or at your tasting!).

We also create an event summary tailored to your event with all details and timings down to the last minute.

Show time

After all of the love, planning and
preparation it’s time to see your event in action.

We’ll be there from start to finish, so you can show up, enjoy a drink and not lift a finger!

Post event Feedback

We’re always wanting to better our services and make our events better than ever, so post event we’ll be in touch for a post party debrief – hopefully over a long lunch!

Miryam Farrell

Managing Director

I’ve headed up the KIN London team since January 2017 and can’t imagine myself working anywhere else. I feel really lucky to have found a company I feel valued in and better yet I’ve had amazing opportunities to work with incredible brands on complex events and with clients I love – the tri factor of happiness in events!
My career has been broad ranging as I’ve always been a natural negotiator but wanted to speak from experience so I moved from 5* hotels to luxury catering to celebrity Wedding planning so I could have a 360 degree perspective of events. My very direct and open approach has helped me develop unbreakable bonds with my clients and our years of working together speaks volumes!
I love events that require creativity or solution finding – I get a kick out of a brief that feels unachievable and then turning it into a reality that exceeds my client’s expectations. I’m passionate, driven and will work tirelessly to deliver the best, memorable events.
I’m a big fan of spin classes and love going to various gym classes with the KIN Team – we’re all secretly competitive – trying to look like we’re effortlessly really athletic when we’re dying inside!
I’m obsessed with my dog Tilly (our Head of Happiness) and when we’re not at work we are happiest in the pub and usually making friends with everyone! Feel free to pop in to our Shoreditch office and meet the team – we’re always up for a tea or Prosecco!
Fun Facts
Favourite Venue – Magazine, it’s got all of my favourite features – black interiors, polished concrete, industrial chic, epic views of Canary Wharf and the wow factor from the minute you see it
Favourite food – Curry with ALL of the trimmings, sides, dips, breads
Dream event – I’d love to get involved in planning more charitable events as there’s no better feeling than supporting a great cause
Party trick – Being the life and soul of the party so I don’t need to have a party trick….

Amy Thursting

Head of Sales

Hey, I’m Amy KIN’s Head of Sales. I joined back in 2018 to head up our venue projects when KIN was a small team of 3. I’ve loved seeing us grow and become a known brand across the events industry, especially with our stunning summer venue Shoreditch Gardens.

With over 10 years experience in events, I bring my positive attitude, calm energy and creative flair to each event I work on. My past experience is in venues, and coming to the agency side has definitely been a career high for me.

I love taking a brief and seeing it come to life in an event that some people would only dream of, my most recent favourite was producing a Bollywood themed event that completely transformed a blank canvas studio into a colourful Mumbai night – think brightly coloured swagging, dhol drummers, henna artists, dancers and of course authentic Indian catering. I love being in control over every detail (no matter how small), which is why my clients trust and love working with me – I’ll take care of everything so it’s less stressful for you!

Fun Facts
Favourite Venue: Shoreditch Gardens 😉 Outside of our own it has to be One Marylebone, stunning!
Favourite food: Italian, give me a good spag bowl, arancini balls, and garlic bread and I’m happy!
Dream event: My wedding. I’m just in the early stages now of planning and honestly, it’s the best. Absolute dream come true and I can’t wait to see it all come to life in 2024!
Party trick: Lol, so many to choose from! I guess it would be banging out the splits at any occasion!

Grace Hollis

Events & Marketing Assistant

Hi, I’m Grace, having started my professional career in the fashion industry, as a stylist and social media assistant.  I soon realised I wanted to change to the events industry since at my past jobs, I have always been in charge of organising seasonal events, which have always gone down amazingly and are still spoken about today! From this, I took my passion of creating fun, personalised events that everyone talks about, to an everyday reality. I love seeing people with a smile on their faces and having a good time.

Since joining the amazing KIN team as the Events and Marketing assistant, I quickly realised I had made the right decision and the risk was all worth it. I can’t wait to progress and grow with the team and have my very own clients one day.

Fun facts: 

All time favourite food: A juicy cheeseburger (thinking about this and salivating…)

Dream event: A wedding in the South of France with violinists, overlooking the sea.

Nicole Privett

Event Manager

Hi I’m Nicole! Hailing all the way from New Zealand, I moved over here to experience more travel, culture and career opportunities! Always being the last one to leave a party (in my work and my personal life) I’ve always loved social occasions and the coming together of people. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across lots of different areas of the events industry; fashion production focusing on photoshoots and runway shows, marketing and events within the luxury watch industry, and in 2020 I grew the events arm of an independent coffee company.

Joining the amazing team at KIN and moving into the agency world felt like a natural progression, where I could put my varied experience to use working with a multitude of clients across different events and industries. I get so much fulfilment working on an event from start to finish and getting to know clients on a personal level. It’s the most rewarding feeling seeing your clients and guests blown away with their event!

Fun facts
All time favourite food: Anything salmon and anything cheese!
Dream event: a huge dinner and dance abroad – think Lake Como or Tuscany with a stunning sunset, al fresco dining, fairy lights and a tablescape and floristry you can only dream of!

Gabriella Gittelmon

Event Manager

Hi I’m Gabriella (also known as GG)! I have strived to be in the events industry since I was 15 – it combines everything I am passionate about – parties (of course), food, cocktails, organisation, and people.

My background before KIN has been in catering, having worked at several catering companies and even starting up my own vegetarian catering business out of my home kitchen in lockdown (one of my proudest achievements).

I loved the chaos and fast-paced nature of the food and service side of events. I worked on everything from charity Gala dinners for 800 guests at the Roundhouse, to beautiful (and logistically hectic!) summer weddings at Kew Gardens. My drive came from the smile on the bride’s face and telling me I’d helped make all her dreams come true! I love people, and forming warm and close relationships to make sure that every little detail is planned and organised to make it your absolute dream event.

All time favourite food: Don’t make me choose between cheese and sushi
Dream event: A wedding in LA – all things Pink and or fluffy with an espresso martini fountain
Party trick: Confidently finding a way to Karaoke in any setting or scenario trying to be Ariana Grande’s doppelgänger (with a questionable singing voice) / I can guess your birthday
Biggest fear: Losing my sparkle

Tilly Farrell

Head of Happiness

Hi I’m Tilly, I’ve been the Head of Happiness since my mum joined KIN in 2017. Aside from supporting the team’s morale when I’m in the office, I also love cuddles, flirting with other dogs, eating all event leftovers and wearing my pink light up collar.
