The brief
Through constantly looking for new ways to wow your guests we took on the challenge of completely revamping the dry-turkey-warm-wine take on a Christmas party. It was during this thought process we decided to create a Christmas party that we would actually want to attend and Christmas Social was born.
Overview & challenge
Once we had the concept we needed the perfect venue, to get the perfect venue we would need the perfect location. Everyone focuses on getting to the party, but what about getting home?
We knew we had to find a place that had easy enough transport links you could make it home even after drinking enough to do the macarena with your manager.
Located just a 12-minute journey from Bank and 20 minutes from Waterloo, Studio Spaces in Tower Bridge was ideal.
This particular client loved the concept of Christmas Social. With a younger work force, their previous sit down three course dinners, consisting of beige food followed by a mediocre DJ and an even worse drink selection were met with moans and groans of ‘do we have to?’. They knew it was time for something new and luckily for them, we were ready to deliver.
With a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, not to mention the original 1938 disco ball, we completely transformed this late license venue into an indoor market and club. Combining the incredible KERB street food traders with both a drinks package AND an unlimited cocktail bar, these guests were left wondering why they hadn’t come to us sooner.
With the food and drink nailed, it was time to talk entertainment. Wanting to go above and beyond, we provided these guests with a mirror selfie booth, face painters and a live band. Not forgetting the top London DJ to keep them dancing until 3am.
